Customer Services Team Member
As part of the Customer Service Team it is required that when called upon any request is met, from setting up performance halls and conferences to cleaning kitchens while maintaining the reputation of a world class music venue. During my time at The Sage Gateshead I was chosen to be part of the team serving Her Royal Majesty The Queen at the Royal Opening of the building. Main duties of my role include aiding concert goers, ushering, problem solving, looking after guests and performers, and catering duties too. I do and am constantly expected to uphold the standard of welcome expected of such a venue at all occassions. These can range from The Labour Party Conference to a James Brown concert and all in between.
